A big part of the culture at InfoTrax includes keeping a close eye on the load and performance of our clients’ systems using the Client System Dashboard. As you walk around the office, you see big screen TVs on many of the walls showing color-coded, real-time health checks of our clients’ systems, our critical servers and services, and even the performance of third-party systems that our clients rely on. Our staff monitors this information in our NOC, online, and with automated alerting as well as on the large wall monitors mounted in secure areas throughout our buildings. The Client System Dashboard keeps all of our staff focused on the top priority of system availability and performance. And of course, our support staff is trained on what to do at the first hint of any problem in any part of the critical systems our clients rely on.
In addition to the real-time system data, the monitors also display upcoming and current client events and promotions as well as other important corporate information we want our employees to know about. The Client Systems Dashboard is one of the many cultural aspects of InfoTrax that help us serve our clients better and more quickly.
